a clean minimalist wallet
My apple wallet has been falling apart for weeks, so I designed a relatively simple wallet which fits three cards and a few bills. The wallet comes in under 1/4″ in thickness and is machined out of 6061 T6 Aluminum.
While the style of the wallet is quite understated with one cut out for the pushing mechanism and a few light fillets in the corners. Inspired by a friends wallet, a cascading pusher was added in the back to push out each card in a staggered fashion.
The top and bottom of the wallet are treated to a 30 degree horizontal facing pass creating overlapping square endmill marks which when paired with light creates a 3D effect.
3 total wallets where made in the later half of 2024. All are still fuctional.
